Our business started in 2002 as an internet café and related services - minus the coffee - but we have evolved over the years to offer services that our clients have requested. We became more of a technology and business center, the "Go To" place on the Costa Tropical where internet, connection, mobile device and computer issues could be resolved.
We adhere to the principle of "The Internet of All Things" and relentlessly strive to keep ourselves abreast of not just present but future technology...at least two years ahead of customer needs. By advising our customers on their prospective purchases, they have saved time, not wasted their money on a wrong purchase, not to mention avoided tremendous frustration and confusion. Our aim is to give our customers what they really need, NOT what everyone else wants to sell them.
We also acknowledge that most people are not always "tech" savvy so part of our client service ethic is to ensure that our customers know what they are buying and how to use their new devices - from Smartphones to tablets to computers.

Your site can be colorful or graphically impactful but the most important thing is it must be easy for the user to maneuver and understand the message you are sending out; if you have a shopping site it must be easy to select and purchase, assuring you a repeat customer.
CLARITY
We design sites to be as transparent as possible. This means that both visual and text content are easy to understand in spite of their technical aspects and requirements. Most site visitors are not experts so the information conveyed via your site must be cohesive, user-friendly and obvious even to the untrained. We also make sure that any links used are correct and function as they should.
AUTHENTICITY = ORIGINAL CONTENT
With the advent of AI and all its possibilities, many websites now use copied content, Web search algorithms (such as GOOGLE) constantly seek new material and that means your graphic and text content must be as original as possible. A good and effective website delivers its information quickly and consistently, and its Host (the technical "machinery" behind it) is immediately responsive when a problem occurs. We only work with a reliable Hosting service whose performance has been proven for decades. Uploads/downloads and response times are quick; downtimes are rare. Pricing is very reasonable and varies with the services used. Yes, it can be expensive to have a website but we can create a simple, relatively inexpensive site that delivers your message globally...the choice is yours as to what your budget will allow.

About our history
Zen II Net opened its doors in early 2002. After over 22 years of a successful but stressful retail/design/business life in the U.S., we decided to move to the southern coast of Andalucia. But after a few months boredom set in and we needed to put our creative selves to work again so we opened a multi-faceted business in the center of Almuñécar, a medium-sized town (approximately 26,000 residents) on the Mediterranean coast. Our business combined our love of technology and our boundless creativity. With our combined 40-years' background in design, graphics, marketing, business development, human resources, and computer knowledge, always with an international clientele, we were prepared to forge ahead. It must be noted that large-scale use of the internet was brand new for this part of Spain so this was an untapped market and a great opportunity.
We designed our small shop in a way that was unlike other internet places: NOT dark but warm and inviting, incorporating a 200 liter fresh-water aquarium with colorful koi, and various types of handcrafted items for sale. People did not sit in cubicles but instead had their own personal space within an open environment. It was smoke-free (back before there was a No-Smoking law), game-free (no noisy children) and dog-free (we loved them but many customers did not).

And the name? Having been long-time adherents of the "Zen" concepts of tranquility, natural elements, soothing colors, quietness and peace, the shop’s interior design accomplished this environment. Here it co-existed with today's world, the “Net,” while the "II" represented us, a pair of Geminis. We created a unique environment unlike other "cybercafes:" business-oriented, a "we can do it" attitude, and the best customer-service possible. We became known as THE place to work in a safe place, in peace and quiet, meet friends, get information, excellent service and assistance...... all in a Zen-like environment. Over the years, our business evolved into more of a Computer and Business Center mainly due to the requests and needs of our multi-national client base. We have always been forward-thinking and cognizant of the latest technologies - never stagnant - so we developed other small businesses to work alongside their parent: www.zen2books.com,www.a-smart-biz.com www.almunecar.se and www.costatropical.se (the latter two in Swedish) each with its own degree of success. All these companion businesses were driven by our same dedication and sense of quality and professionalism...both online and in person. Although we have retired we continue to keep this site alive and remain open-minded and up-to-date with today's technological advances.

Die Aufladung funktioniert mit 2 Klicks und die Kommunikation mit dem Service-Team per Chat-Funktion ist absolut unkompliziert. Der Huawei-Router arbeitet perfekt.
