Our business staying power, through good times and bad, has been largely due to the loyalty and appreciation of our worldwide customer base. We have done our best to meet our clients' needs and solve their PC problems, as well as help in any way possible.....even receiving lost luggage for a visiting Danish family or guiding people through the local "red tape". Some of our customers have told us that they were told to "ask Zen - they can help you!"

Nochmals vielen Dank fuer den sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Service! Die Empfehlung, mit unserem Laptop mittels Wifi-Router und der 3G-Simkarte von Masmovil auch von zuhause das Internet zu nutzen zu koennen, war sehr gut. Dank der Hilfe bei den Anmeldeformalitaeten und der perfekten Konfiguration des Routers ist der Zugang zum Internet wirklich kinderleicht. Wir haben hier immer sofort eine sehr stabile und schnelle Verbindung. Video-Telefonate via Skype funktionieren einwandfrei. Was uns auch gefaellt, ist der unkomplizierte Zugriff auf die persoenliche Status-Seite bei Masmovil mit dem aktuellen Nutzungs- und Kontostand. Die Aufladung funktioniert mit 2 Klicks und die Kommunikation mit dem Service-Team per Chat-Funktion ist absolut unkompliziert. Der Huawei-Router arbeitet perfekt. Akkubetrieb und Hosentaschenformat machen ihn universell einsetzbar - wir sind absolut begeistert! Nochmals vielen Dank und liebe Gruesse aus Salobrena!

We've recently arrived back in France following a few weeks stay in Almunecar. During this time, we found it necessary to get some unexpected repairs carried out to our aging lap-top. Nick at Zen 2 Net carried out the work very well and once the machine was finished it was as fast as it was when it was new! I never realized just how slow it had become. In conversation, I explained that we we're going to be replacing the lap-top for a lighter machine as we travel a lot and need to save some weight. Nick suggested we consider another PC and showed us the spec. sheet on Toshiba Ultra-books. Well, we ordered one on line there which was delivered to the shop a few days later. Nick made back-up media for us and Louisa spent an hour or so showing me the basics of the new machine.

I feel we were very lucky to have found Zen2Net and found the "no nonsense" approach a huge plus point. Many thanks again for your help, it has been a good experience dealing with you both!!
